Top Leaders Institute: Kansas City is a world-class educational training program for leadership teams of Alpha Gamma Rho chapters listed below. In an immersive experience, Alumni Association Representatives, Chapter Advisers, Housemothers/House Directors, and incoming Chapter Officers develop chapter-specific plans for long-term success, leading to local chapter excellence.
