Adviser Forum helps accelerate the learning curve and provide practical training for Alpha Gamma Rho Chapter Advisers to be an effective mentor to individual members and improve chapters. At these forums, participants enhance their skills and abilities as a facilitator, visionary, leader, and advocate for Alpha Gamma Rho and its members, as well as learn best practices for working with Chapter Leadership, Alumni Associations, University Officials, Housemother/House Directors, and the Home Office. The collaborative environment is an opportunity to discuss important topics impacting chapters in an open dialogue among peers.
Adviser Forum is a recurring two-day program held in Kansas City, Missouri. Attendees leave with a plan of action To Make Better Men through improved member development and chapter performance.
