KANSAS CITY, Mo—The recruitment and retention of members is the lifeblood of any organization; Alpha Gamma Rho is no different.
With the rapid spread of COVID19 and subsequent campus closures, spring recruitment and preparations for summer recruitment came to an abrupt halt. Many chapters have asked, “how do we move forward with recruitment?” Through the outreach efforts of the Home Office, the National Board of Directors and other leaders, we have heard our members’ concerns, and recruitment is at the top of the list.
For nearly 15 years, Alpha Gamma Rho has partnered with PhiredUp to educate our members about key industry trends through intentional, hands-on learning at our Recruitment Schools. Recently, PhiredUp has introduced a digital classroom where individuals can become a Certified PhiredUp Recruiter by learning from the experts who wrote the playbook on organizational growth.
Today, AGR is excited to extend its longtime partnership with PhiredUp by providing all collegiate members the ability to learn the fundamentals of recruitment, growth and retention strategies and become a Certified PhiredUp Recruiter! Each collegiate member will receive further instructions on how to access the digital classroom, set up their profile and begin the certification. Additionally, the Fraternity will be hosting a webinar with PhiredUp on Tuesday, May 19 at 3:00 pm CT to further discuss recruitment fundamentals and digital strategies to engage with prospective new members.
No matter what stage your chapter is at in the recruitment process, we highly encourage your VNR Recruitment, recruitment committees and any collegiate member who is eager to assist in the chapter’s recruitment efforts to complete the certification and attend the webinar.
