The first Recruitment School of the year was hosted January 21-22 in Kansas City, Missouri. Sixteen Alpha Gamma Rho chapters attended the event.
Alpha Gamma Rho has partnered with Phired Up, an organization that aids fraternities and sororities with their recruitment practices, for nearly two decades to provide our brothers with the necessary training and resources to recruit and retain high-quality members at every Recruitment School.
Educational Leadership Consultant Tyler DuBry, who was in attendance, said with this being one of the first national events back in-person, the gentlemen who attended were enthusiastic and engaged throughout the weekend. Many of which were prepared to take back new recruiting techniques to their chapters and utilize on their campuses.
Dinner was held at the Tiffany Greens Club House, followed by an Alumni Panel. The panel consisted of three alumni who shared how AGR has influenced both their personal and professional lives throughout their career.
The next Recruitment School will be held virtually on March 17, 2022.
