As Alpha Gamma Rho (AGR) Fraternity and Sigma Alpha Sorority, we are committed to providing lifelong leadership development programming for all members of our respective organizations.
The health and safety of all our members is the priority of both AGR and Sigma Alpha. While COVID19 has continued to challenge the way we engage with one another, both AGR and Sigma Alpha look forward to working collaboratively to host another successful year of Leadership Seminars.
Because of travel restrictions and large group gathering limitations, and other CDC, state, and local mandates, the Leadership Seminar Steering Committee has made the difficult decision to migrate the 2021 Leadership Seminars from an in-person to virtual experience. This was done out of an abundance of caution for you, our members, as well as staff and volunteers who help make these Seminars a reality.
The Facilitator team is working hard to develop meaningful educational offerings for our members to engage with one another through an online platform. Leadership Seminars will still be held during the month of February, and multiple opportunities will be offered for our members to participate. Alpha Gamma Rho and Sigma Alpha appreciate the thoughtful leadership our volunteer leaders and staff have had to make. Together, we will strive to provide impactful programming for our members to continue to develop as agricultural leaders.
