In order to be considered for a scholarship, the Educational Foundation must have the following:
- This completed scholarship application
- A copy of your transcript (either an official or unofficial copy) sent to [email protected] with Subject: (Your Name) Transcript Recommendation
- A letter of recommendation from the Adviser or alumni board member you list on the application to [email protected] with Subject: (Your Name) Recommendation Letter.
