Housing Resources Trust

Alpha Gamma Rho's Housing Resources Trust (HRT) exists to help each chapter maintain housing that is appropriate for its unique circumstances. A Board of Trustees manages its funds and works to ensure every Alpha Gamma Rho chapter facility is a home away from home for collegiate members.

An Alpha Gamma Rho chapter’s facility should be an inviting place for both members and visitors alike. Brothers should be able to live, eat, study, and bond together in their college homes. As an alumni corporation and alumni of the Fraternity, it is our job to meet this goal.

Chapter House Improvement Grants

Designed to help provide a modern living-learning environment for collegiate members, the Chapter House Improvement Grant program awards grants to alumni groups planning to perform chapter facility improvement projects. Interested alumni groups should collaborate with collegiate brothers and chapter leadership teams to perform the following:

  • Identify a specific chapter facility improvement project
  • Prepare a detailed proposal to include with the application below
  • Upon completion, submit a final report that details the project's execution and if it achieved the desired outcome

The HRT Board of Trustees reviews Chapter House Improvement Grant applications on an ongoing basis. Not all projects will receive funding at the requested amount.

Housing Assessment Program

Designed to help chapters decide what to do next, the Housing Assessment Program identifies the overall “health,” of a chapter facility and its surrounding property. The HRT can then advise and guide chapters navigating through housing projects to decide a course of action. Interested chapters should submit the Housing Assessment Request Form below.
