Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity seeks well-qualified candidates for the position of Chief Executive Officer.

The AGR CEO is responsible for the effective leadership of the organization, its staff, oversight of the organization's three volunteer Boards and numerous other volunteer groups including the Regional VPs, and execution of its strategic plan, mission and goals.  Located in the fraternity's Kansas City, Missouri headquarters, the CEO will provide visionary and high-integrity leadership for AGR to inspire members and alumni.  In addition, this executive will plan, organize, direct and coordinate the staff and programs and maintain effective internal and external relationships, while achieving cost-efficient, productive performance in AGR's operations.

AGR seeks CEO candidates who are passionate, effective leaders with demonstrated success in managing staff and volunteer boards while demonstrating capability of developing and implementing programs that will meet the organization's mission and vision.  The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a superior communicator, and an experienced leader and developer of diverse, effective teams.  A broad understanding of association and non-profit management and familiarity with the agricultural industry is highly desirable.  Our fraternity considers it a high priority to recruit a well-qualified AGR alumnus as its next CEO.

AGR retained Kincannon & Reed to manage the CEO recruitment process.  More information on the CEO role, its responsibilities, and the desired candidate profile may be found at www.KRsearch.com/Alpha-Gamma-Rho-CEO
