  • Sandy BeldenSandy Belden has been a member of Alpha Gamma Rho since October 22, 1961. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Community Bank System, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed, full service bank and financial services company headquartered in Syracuse, New York, with 132 offices in New York and Pennsylvania.

     

    He holds B.S. (1964), M.S. (1967) and Ph.D. (1971) degrees from Purdue University where he was a member of Delta Chapter. He and his wife, Betsy, have three children and six grandchildren. He is on the board of the American Red Cross, the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York and the New York Bankers Association among other civic and professional involvements.
