    Purpose: To develop a new recruitment plan or enhance the one already in place to assure that the chapter is recruiting men of the highest potential.

     

    Who should apply? Anyone who is involved in recruiting for the chapter and wants to make a difference. Some of our most successful recruiting chapters utilize their alumni and/or housemother in the recruitment  process.

     

    When & Where:  Jan. 13-14 and March 16-17, 2012, in KC, Mo. To develop a new recruitment plan or enhance the one already in place to assure that the chapter is getting all of the quality men they should on campus.

    Learn to Recruit Better

     

    Purpose? Through a dynamic Recruitment Workshop facilitated by Alpha Gamma Rho’s Chief Recruitment Officer, the entire chapter will learn to consistently perform as a professional, integrity-driven, world class organization committed to the highest of standards and driven to recruit men of the highest potential.

     

    When? Available throughout the year with proper planning.

     

    Who should apply? Chapters who want to improve their recruitment strategies through a dynamic, interactive workshop.

     

    Who should attend? At least five undergraduates and five alumni who want to be actively involved in the development, support and implementation of their recruitment plan.

     

    Receive innovative recruitment techniques from top-notch professionals.
