    University of California, Davis

The Phi Chapter house in Davis, built in 1970, comfortably accommodates 40 men. The active members as well as the alumni are very proud in the house and take great pride in knowing that it is the cleanest and most orderly fraternity house in Davis. All rooms have cable, DSL, heating and air conditioning. The Alpha Gamma Rho house is the most economical place to live for the actives, especially as the number of apartments continues to decline and rents increase in Davis.
