Charlie Napier
Charlie Napier is Chief Technology Officer of the University of Florida Foundation, Gainesville, Fla. An agricultural journalism graduate of the University of Missouri, he spent the first 20 years of his career in broadcast and print in both news and advertising, including management positions at Storz Broadcasting, Capital Cities/ABC and Gannett. In 1987 he returned to his alma mater where he held various advancement positions before moving to Florida in 1996.He has served Alpha Gamma Rho as a chapter adviser, alumni board member, multi-media coordinator and previously as Executive Vice President of the National Board of Directors. He and wife, Minta, have two children.
