Bret Thurmond
Bret Thurmond is President of Armentrout Matheny Thurmond, P.C., an engineering and architectural firm located in Athens, GA.
He is a 1980 graduate, summa cum laude in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Georgia and a 1982 graduate, cum laude from Virginia Tech. He served Alpha Eta Chapter in many positions including Noble Ruler. He founded Electrostatic Spraying Systems, Inc. in 1988 and served as President and CEO prior to selling the company. He served as President, Alpha Eta Building Fund from 1987 to 1993 and received the AGR Grand President Award in 1998. He is married and has two children that are both attending the University of Georgia.
